The candles' glow was like the burning fire of the passion they shared. Creating small flickers of light casting dancing shadows of her silhouette. She was teasing him again as she dipped her toes into the warm water. Peering back flirtatiously trying to tempt him to take her again; as if she had not already left him exhausted. How could he deny such beauty. A smile crossed her face as he went to join her. Blowing the candles out he embraced her again in warmth and darkness.

Max took a similar view this week -- the coquette inviting further closeness with a look over the shoulder. It was something that just didn't occur to me, but you've both made it interesting. And irresistible, too -- what guy wouldn't accept an invitation so sweetly couched?
ReplyDeleteThanks for this, Katia. Happy FFF.

Ahh, she's worn him out and yet he still can't deny her. I love it!

A lovely, sweet and sexy piece...
ReplyDeleteFlirtatious and sweetly romantic. Lovely.
ReplyDeleteMax may have taken a similar view, but this one is definitely the feminine side of the coin, so it's like you both were writing a part of a bigger story. That's not to diminish the quality of either individual offering, just to say that together, they form a wonderful whole. There must be some archetype you've both tapped into. I love the toe-dipping; I would never have thought of it as flirtatious, but now it seems nothing but. I may add it to my repertoire of wiles ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the great comments, I think it's funny how Max and I were on the same wave length. Maybe, we should hook up and write a story together. :)
